Anxhela has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication to workplace health and safety, voluntarily taking on the important responsibilities of both First Aider and Fire Warden. Since assuming these roles, she has shown professionalism, reliability and a proactive approach that has made a meaningful contribution to the safety and wellbeing of her colleagues.
As part of her responsibilities, Anxhela ensures that all scheduled internal inspections of first aid equipment and fire extinguishers are completed thoroughly and on time. Her attention to detail helps maintain compliance with safety requirements while ensuring that emergency response equipment remains fully operational and ready for use whenever needed.
Anxhela also successfully coordinated and facilitated the Brighton office’s fire drill simulation, helping to deliver a well-organised exercise that strengthened employee preparedness and reinforced emergency response procedures. Her ability to engage colleagues and promote best practice reflects Paterson Simons’ commitment to fostering a strong safety culture throughout the business.
In addition to her office-based responsibilities, Anxhela is an active and valued member of the PSAL Safety Committee, where she regularly contributes to discussions and initiatives aimed at improving safety awareness and performance across the organisation.
