Paterson Simons recently conducted a Konecranes Lifttrucks Technical Training session for Africa Global Logistics (AGL) Benin Workshop team.
This comprehensive training, tailored for technicians and maintenance personnel, combined both theoretical and practical learning components to strengthen the team’s technical capabilities. The training was conducted in French.
The programme focused on two key areas of Konecranes lift trucks:
Hydraulic Systems: Participants learned about system functions, pump adjustments, and troubleshooting techniques.
Electrical Systems: The training covered electrical schematics, system explanations, and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve faults efficiently.
The training was delivered by Kamel Ali, Group Port Services Manager at Paterson Simons. The training included hands-on sessions that allowed participants to apply their knowledge directly to real-world scenarios.
Feedback from AGL Benin was overwhelmingly positive. The team found the training highly valuable, and plans are already in motion to make this a recurring annual training event to support continued upskilling and operational excellence!
Congratulations to the participants: Roland Houanou, Edmond Amoussou, Kasimou Moibi, Bienvenu Bokodaho, Justo Ahouekou, Jobed Hugue Koukponou, Epiphane Amoussou, Eric Pento Gomadje, Auguste Koffi.
