Zafar Domloge (Mobicrane), Phil Coggin (Mobicrane), James Heels (Paterson Simons Ghana Country Manager) and Paul Rogers, Manitowoc Manager for the Middle East and Africa, recently visited Shady Grove, Pennsylvania – Manitowoc’s head quarters in the US.

Mobicrane is a key Paterson Simons customer, and it was a pleasure to invite them to join us at the launch of a number of new crane models.

Grove RTs suitable for West Africa

Seeing an RT being manufactured as part of the factory tour.

Of particular interest to the West African crane mining, ports, oil and logistics market was the launch of four new Rough Terrain models: 51MT GRT655 and GRT655L (short and long boom versions), the 90MT GRT8100 and the three-axle 149MT GRT9165

The team enjoyed a factory tour to inspect the new machines, accompanied by product specialists. Attendees were treated to a closing dinner where Chief Executive Officer and President of The Manitowoc Company, Inc. Barry Pennypacker addressed the audience, made up of dealers and key customers from USA mainland inc. Hawaii.
