Warranty Administrator

We are looking for a Warranty Administrator to work with us and undertake an Apprenticeship in Business Administration. Based in our office in Falkirk you will work with the team in submitting warranty claims and invoices to a variety of manufacturers and following up to ensure reimbursement.  The company provides heaving lifting equipment for ports and mines from manufacturers in Europe to destinations across West Africa.  This therefore provides an opportunity to work between the continents of Europe and Africa in a multi-cultural environment.

Full training will be given alongside the apprenticeship and will involve seeing warranty claims from receipt through to completion, this will include investigating and checking information before submitting then liaising with manufacturers, chasing for reimbursement until received.  The role will require communication with our subsidiaries in Togo, Ghana and Nigeria as well as liaising with our Brighton office for information on logistics costs for example.

The team are looking to provide training and support to someone who is keen to learn and develop, with good communication skills and with a tenacity to see jobs through.

 

Qualification in English and Maths is required.

 

The Apprenticeship on offer is Business Administration and likely to be delivered by Forth Valley College.
