Royal Terberg Group continues to see sustained global demand for its terminal tractors, with recent deliveries strengthening port operations across Central America, Europe and Asia.

In El Salvador, Unión Portuaria del Pacífico (UPdP) is expanding its fleet with 40 Terberg terminal tractors to support operations at the ports of Acajutla and La Unión. Operating under a 50-year concession since 2024 and majority-owned by Yilport, the terminals are investing in improved internal transport flow, enhanced yard efficiency and increased container throughput.

With expected utilisation of up to 600 hours per month per unit, durability and dependable service support were key factors behind the investment. The ports have relied on Terberg equipment for more than two decades, reinforcing long-term confidence in the brand’s performance in high-intensity port environments.

In Europe, Terberg Tractores Iberia has delivered 10 YT223 terminal tractors to Operaciones Portuarias Canarias S.A. (OPCSA), part of the Terminal Investment Limited (TiL) Group, along with five additional units to Fletamentos Cádiz at the Port of Algeciras.

Meanwhile in Asia, Terberg Tractors Malaysia completed the handover of 20 terminal tractors to Nam Dinh Vu Port in Hai Phong, Vietnam, supporting container and general cargo operations at the deep-water facility.
