Pasico Ghana PLC is seeking to employ experienced, dedicated and goal oriented person as our SHEQ Systems Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Facilitate and coordinate the compilation and update of all documents & records.
  • Ensures implementation of the appropriate PSAL and legislative policies on safety and quality
  • Acts as a resource and business partner on the methods used to conduct training, develop written documents/SOPs and perform internal reviews that meet the PSAL SHEQ requirements
  • Communicates the findings of reviews/audits to management staff and ensures that items of non-conformance discovered during these reviews/audits or during the course of normal daily operations are addressed and corrected in a timely manner.
  • Administrate document data system.
  • Train all relevant parties on document & data control.
  • Assist all functions with writing of procedures and updating of documents
  • Implementation of Local requirements & PSAL requirements
  • Ensure corrective action system is in place and tracked/monitored.

Qualifications 

  • Ideal: BSc degree or Bachelor degree in Environment, Safety Occupational Health, BSc Sciences, BSc Engineering, BSc in Mathematics and Statistics or any other relevant field
  • Minimum: National Diploma in accounting, statistics or maths or BA degree

  • Ensure compliance to company policies, procedures and legislation.
