In their first face to face worldwide dealer event since 2019 Konecranes took the opportunity to update their dealers on the latest strategies to improve the current supply chain shortages affecting both machine and parts deliveries.
Konecranes also shared their development plans for the electrification of their range – and it was of particular interest to note strong customer testimonials for the first deliveries of the E-VER 10 to 18 tonne Forklift range. Further developments around e-commerce and connected machines were also discussed. The conference also allowed dealers worldwide to share best practices.
We were pleased that Paterson Simons received an award for best aftermarket dealer for 2021 and would like to thank all Group staff for their contribution to that in what was a very challenging year.
