We were happy to recently welcome Vicky Owusu-Ansah to our UK Head Office in Brighton, marking a very special occasion for both our Brighton and Ghana teams.

Vicky has been a cornerstone of Pasico Ghana, a subsidiary of Paterson Simons, for an incredible 35 years. She first joined in 1989 as an Assistant Secretary to then Managing Director Edward Lyne (now Non-Executive Director at Paterson Simons). Her skills, reliability, and problem-solving abilities quickly set her apart, and in 1992 she was promoted to Secretary to the MD.

Over the years, Vicky’s career has continued to grow:

  • 2001 – Promoted to Engineering Sales Coordinator, a position she held for 14 years.
  • 2016 – Promoted to her current role of Credit Controller, where she continues to be a valued and trusted member of the team.

Throughout her journey, Vicky has shown exceptional dedication, professionalism, and loyalty. She has played an important role in strengthening relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers, and her collaborative spirit has left a lasting mark across the company.

Her visit to the Brighton office gave our UK colleagues the chance to connect with Vicky face-to-face, recognising not only her years of service but also the invaluable contributions she has made to Pasico Ghana and the wider Paterson Simons Group.

We are proud to celebrate Vicky’s 35 years of commitment, hard work, and excellence. Thank you, Vicky – and here’s to many more years of success together!
