The Ghana Ports Authority, a long-time customer of Pasico, the Paterson Simons subsidiary in Ghana, has celebrated its 30th anniversary with, amongst other events, a Presidential visit to Tema port by His Excellency Mr. John Dramani Mahama.

On the occasion the President ceremonially commissioned the net mending wharf, water crafts, the bulk handling jetty, the revenue centre and reefer yard.

Pasico Ghana was the proud supplier of new equipment of the reefer yard including Konecranes SMV 45T Reachstackers, JCB Teletruks and Manitou 3T electric forklifts.

The new machines supplied by Pasico included three Konecranes reachstackers which are now proudly clad in GPHA colours. The machines will be used to lift and carry full containers into position into the yard, or to load trucks for transportation elsewhere in Ghana.
